Quotes are based on square footage and includes pressure washing the night before, edging the lawn if ntaping it off, leaf blowin it the next morning, hand rolling a high quality sealant on the area and customer walk through. There are both a regular sealant and a high gloss sealant that will give it that "new/wet " look. Refer to the products tab to read more.
For those concerned about Health and Safety and to improve slip resistance, a poly microsphere can be added for an additional charge.
